"My husband and I needed some major updating in our home of 24 years. We hired The Kitchen Place to redesign our kitchen and they recommended Precision Flooring (Brian Brown) to replace 2400 square feet of bad carpeting and install our new backsplash.
We visited several stores in our area, picked out flooring, got quotes, and all but signed on the dotted line prior to meeting with Brian. When Brian came to our home and measured, his quote came in a full $5000 less than what we had decided on at the store. We were excited for the savings but skeptical that we might be hiring an unknown whose material fell off the back of a truck. Brian listened to our needs, brought beautiful samples to our house and took great care throughout our entire project. His attention to detail is impeccable. We had difficult areas surrounding a stone fireplace and Brian made it look flawless. He laid each piece of our new luxury waterproof vinyl plank with great attention to the light and dark color variation which created an even pattern throughout the house. We had no idea that installing floors and tile was such an art.
When you go to a store for flooring, you get a great sales pitch but have no way of knowing the integrity of the installer and turnover is common. It is scary to me that we almost spent thousands of dollars on flooring to potentially let unexperienced installers with no real vested interest, be responsible for the final look of our new flooring.

He has worked for large businesses, gained all the right connections, owned his own stores and most importantly for you and me, figured out how to best serve his community by cutting out unnecessary expenses.
